My name is Sarah; I'm the Pisces Coach.
I believe that everyone should be able to live the life they deserve. I am passionate about supporting people who have been in custody to transition successfully into the community. I understand the challenges faced by people who have experienced the justice system.

My Experience
I am a qualified forensic psychologist and life coach. I have worked in the prison system for over 10 years and currently work in the youth justice service.
I have vast experience of working with the following areas;
- Working with people who have committed all types of offences
- Trauma
- Attachment and relationship challenges
- Neurodivergence
- Mental health challenges
- Addiction
I decided to set up a coaching practice after seeing so many people leave prison without the right support to navigate the world around them.
My coaching uses an holistic approach, meaning I think about the whole person and their experiences. I am specialised in understanding offending behaviour and what can lead to this, including trauma, attachment challenges, personality traits and neurodivergence.
I am a pisces (hence pisces coach!) and this fits my personality perfectly. I am highly empathic, compassionate and intuitive, and focus on building relationships to help people heal.

I offer one-on-one online coaching sessions, with the aim of extending this to group coaching and workshops.
